Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or relevant field.
• 5+ years experience in project/program management, executive compensation or broad-based compensation.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and timelines.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to work with teams and interact with stakeholders and senior management.
• Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, influencing, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, analysis and execution of executive compensation programs to attract, retain and reward senior leaders.
• Develop materials for Compensation Committee meetings.
• Perform internal/external data analysis and present proposals to senior leadership.
• Conduct competitive analysis of executive compensation and benchmark against peers.
• Serve as SME on grantor trust admin, officer appointments/retirements, proxy modeling, and goal setting.
• Manage the administration of non-qualified deferred compensation plans.
