Amalgamated Bank in Boston, MA is seeking an Executive Compensation Manager to lead the administration and strategy of executive pay programs, including base salary, incentives, equity, and deferred compensation. You will partner with Legal, Finance, HR, Payroll, and external advisors to ensure competitive, compliant programs and to support the Compensation Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of compensation experience, including at least 5 years in executive compensation.
• 3+ years of leadership, project leadership, or people management experience.
• Experience in a publicly traded company.
• Knowledge of executive compensation regulations, disclosure requirements, and governance practices.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills.
• Experience with equity administration platforms.
• Experience supporting Compensation Committee processes.
• Experience in a large, publicly traded company.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution and administration of executive compensation programs (salary planning, annual/long-term incentives, equity, and deferred comp).
• Manage executive compensation analyses and market assessments.
• Serve as liaison to Board members on compensation and equity matters; partner with Finance for Director pay/stock awards.
• Oversee preparation of comp materials for Compensation Committee meetings and SEC filings.
• Own administration of Equity Award Plans (RSUs, PSUs, deferred comp).
• Lead projects including system implementations, process improvements, and vendor management.
• Provide leadership and development to executive compensation staff.
• Perform other duties as directed.
