Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New York seeks an Incentives Associate Attorney to advise on remuneration policy, incentive design, governance, and global employment tax matters. The role involves supporting complex remuneration structures and advising on related regulatory considerations.

The successful candidate will join a team handling share-based and cash compensation plans, and provide guidance on M&A, IPOs, and other corporate transactions. Strong NY bar eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited US law school with high academic achievement.
• Experience in executive compensation and equity-based compensation.
• Strong background in public and private M&A.

Responsibilities

• Advise on remuneration policy and incentive design.
• Handle remuneration aspects of corporate governance and regulatory issues.
• Manage share-based and cash compensation plans.
