Your role includes crafting tailored recommendations and presenting complex concepts to boards and executives. The ideal candidate has 4-7 years in related fields, strong writing and speaking skills, and comfort with SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in executive compensation and corporate governance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA is a strong plus
• Strong writing and public speaking skills
• Technical comfort with SaaS applications
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with senior client executives to tailor advisory services on executive compensation and governance trends
• Analyze client data and proposals to identify concerns from a shareholder perspective
• Use governance and compensation databases to extract actionable intelligence
• Develop polished client deliverables and engage with C-suite executives across functions
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and showcase ISS Corporate Solutions values
• Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, toolkits, webinars, and presentations
