Job summary

ISS STOXX Corporate Solutions seeks a client-facing advisor in executive compensation and corporate governance, working with senior executives to deliver insights from proprietary data and tools.

You will analyze governance and compensation disclosures, craft polished deliverables, and collaborate with sales to demonstrate value. Travel is limited to 5% and opportunities to influence industry-leading guidance abound.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of related experience or equivalent advanced degree.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; MBA strong plus.
• Strong writing and public speaking skills.
• Technical comfort with SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with senior client executives to tailor advisory services on executive compensation and governance trends.
• Analyze client data and proposals to identify concerns from a shareholder perspective.
• Leverage governance and compensation databases to extract actionable intelligence for disclosures and practices.
• Develop polished client deliverables and discuss findings with C-Suite executives.
