Qualifications

• Deal experience is a plus, especially compensation/benefits diligence on M&A.

Premier Pursuit is working with several AmLaw firms in New York actively hiring for their Executive Compensation / ERISA practices. If you're an associate with 3+ years in this space, one of these roles may be a great fit.

What the work looks like:

advising public and private companies on executive compensation design, equity and incentive plans, ERISA fiduciary and plan qualification issues, and the compensation/benefits side of M&A. Some roles lean more heavily executive comp, others more ERISA/benefits — happy to talk through which firms fit where.

What firms are looking for:

• 3+ years of executive compensation and/or ERISA experience

Compensation:

$270,000–$440,000, depending on class year and firm.
