Page Executive, an international legal practice, seeks a talented attorney to advise on executive compensation and benefits in complex M&A and private equity transactions. You will draft and review equity plans and employment agreements while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, including tax and securities regulations.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering tailored legal solutions, and providing guidance on compensation design and implementation.

Job Description

• Advise clients on executive compensation and benefits-related legal matters.
• Draft and review compensation and benefits documentation, including equity plans and employment agreements.
• Support clients in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including tax and securities regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver legal solutions tailored to client needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible for prompt admission
• 2-6 years of experience advising on executive compensation and employee benefits matters in M&A transactions
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience using legal AI tools is advantageous
