The ideal candidate will handle executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including disclosures in public company contexts and related M&A activity.

You will manage complex client matters, draft employment and severance agreements, design retirement plans, and collaborate with teams while maintaining strong client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
• Handle public company executive compensation disclosures.
• Oversee employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions.
• Develop and manage tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans.
• Draft executive employment and severance arrangements.
• Design equity and non-equity incentive plans.
• Engage in significant client contact and manage responsibilities independently.
