Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited US law school.
• Experience in Executive Compensation; equity-based compensation design and related agreements.
• Admitted to (or waivable into) the New York or Texas Bar.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on remuneration, incentives, and employment tax across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with corporate, finance, restructuring and disputes teams on complex matters.
• Support governance, policy design, and senior executive compensation transactions.
