Experience Required: 5+ years' executive compensation transactional and advisory legal experience

Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an executive compensation attorney to support the firm on a range of compensation-related matters for work in CT or NY. The ideal candidate will have more than five years of executive compensation legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Help design executive compensation frameworks to support the firm’s ability to attract and retain top leadership talent


• Draft and advise on executive compensation matters, including employment agreements, offer letters, long-term incentive compensation, and deferred compensation arrangements


• Assist with restrictive covenant structure and documentation


• Monitor and counsel on legal, tax, and regulatory developments affecting executive compensation.


• Translate complex legal issues into practical guidance for business leaders across internal firm teams
