The People Of: Professional Services, a leading global professional services firm, seeks a 2–6 year Associate to join its Executive Compensation practice in Miami. You will advise on executive compensation and employee benefits in high-value M&A and corporate deals.

The role emphasizes drafting and reviewing compensation structures, regulatory and tax implications, and close collaboration with deal teams. Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; strong academics and drafting skills

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience.
• Experience supporting M&A or corporate transactions.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated compensation and employee benefits matters, particularly in connection with high-value M&A transactions and complex business deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters
• Support M&A transactions and other corporate deals from a compensation perspective

Who You Are

• 2–6 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience
• Experience supporting M&A or corporate transactions
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
• Experience at a leading law firm preferred
• Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction

Compensation

Salary Range: $235,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
