Job summary

Nscale, a GPU cloud for AI, seeks a Communications Specialist to support Managing Directors and senior leaders across social content, speaking opportunities, events, and external moments, while helping keep key communications programs moving.

This role combines strong writing with excellent organization and project management. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Communications, and work closely with senior leaders and partners across Communications, Marketing, Events, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, corporate affairs, executive communications, or related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience writing for senior leaders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting executives, speaking engagements, social content, or events.

Responsibilities

• Content Development: Draft social content, talking points, briefing materials, and Q&As for Managing Directors and senior leaders.
• Coordinate content calendars, reviews, approvals, and publishing.
• Support execution of communications plans and identify content opportunities.
• Translate priorities into clear executive content.
