Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Communications Manager, Corporate and Product, to shape Scale’s enterprise storytelling across narrative development, product launches, and partner communications.

You will translate complex AI deployments into clear business narratives, coordinate with product and GTM teams, and collaborate with reporters and industry analysts to strengthen Scale’s credibility with enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology communications, product communications, or enterprise-focused PR.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology, AI, or B2B software and the ability to distill complex concepts into clear stories.
• Experience supporting enterprise product or platform communications is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in media relations, securing coverage for enterprise and business-driven stories across formats.
• Excellent writing and editing skills across narratives, posts, and briefing materials.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working closely with product leaders, customers, and senior executives.
• Genuine enthusiasm for enterprise AI adoption and its business impact.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate and product communications initiatives with emphasis on Scale's enterprise business, including announcements, launches, and executive visibility.
• Translate complex enterprise AI deployments and outcomes into clear narratives for business audiences.
• Develop media strategies, storylines, and press materials like case studies, Q&As, and product announcements.
• Collaborate with enterprise product managers and go-to-market leaders to accurately represent work externally.
• Coordinate joint announcements with partner organizations to ensure aligned messaging.
• Build relationships with reporters and influencers across business and enterprise tech media.
• Work with legal, policy, marketing, and social teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Contribute to multi-channel campaigns to elevate Scale's enterprise credibility and leadership.
• Monitor media coverage to identify opportunities to lead, respond, or clarify.
• Prepare executives for interviews, conferences, and speaking opportunities.
• Track performance against communications goals and refine strategies.
