Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a Communications Manager, Corporate and Product, to shape Scale’s narrative around enterprise AI deployments, partnerships and product launches. You will translate complex enterprise AI outcomes into clear stories for business audiences, and align messaging with partner teams and executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology communications or enterprise PR.
• Ability to distill complex AI and enterprise concepts into clear stories.
• Experience supporting enterprise product or platform communications.
• Strong media relations across traditional and digital formats.
• Excellent writing and editing across briefs, blogs and announcements.
• Highly organized with multi-project management in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable collaborating with product leaders, customers, and executives.
• Enthusiasm for enterprise AI adoption and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate and product communications with emphasis on Scale's enterprise business.
• Translate complex enterprise AI deployments into clear narratives for business audiences.
• Develop media strategies, press materials and customer case studies.
• Collaborate with enterprise product teams to accurately represent work externally.
• Coordinate with partner communications for aligned messaging.
• Build relationships with reporters and influencers across business tech media.
• Work with legal, policy, marketing and social teams to ensure message consistency.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to elevate Scale's credibility.
• Monitor industry conversations and identify opportunities to lead or clarify.
• Prepare executives for interviews, conferences and briefings.
• Track performance against goals and refine strategies.
