Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Executive Communications to help tell the story of making health care more affordable and navigable. You will craft executive content, speeches, talking points, and emails, and develop presentations that leadership can use to engage audiences across the enterprise.

You'll partner with Medical Affairs and other teams to produce messaging aligned with business priorities, manage multiple projects end‑to‑end, and ensure clarity, consistency and quality in every

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• 5-7 years of communications experience in a corporate, agency, media or executive communications environment.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Draft executive communications, including speeches, talking points, scripts, emails, articles, FAQs and leadership messages.
• Create presentations and supporting materials to help leaders communicate clearly.
• Support town halls, leadership meetings and other events with briefing materials and remarks.
• Partner with colleagues to ensure messaging is clear, consistent and aligned to priorities.
• Manage projects from start to finish, coordinating timelines and approvals.
• Publish and maintain content across internal channels and event platforms.
• Review communications for accuracy, clarity, brand alignment and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to elevate business initiatives and executive visibility.
• Collaborate across Corporate Affairs to ensure a consistent storytelling approach.
