Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of related professional experience in mortgage market, seller engagement, client relationship management, or technology implementation.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage accounts, client activity, pipeline updates, and follow-up actions.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools, and business technology platforms used to support client engagement and implementation tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client-facing resource for assigned sellers, supporting relationship management, client satisfaction, and account execution in partnership with Sales Executives and POD leadership.
• Coordinate meeting preparation, client follow-up, Salesforce updates, issue resolution, contract monitoring, and routine business processes to support strategic account plans.
• Maintain understanding of customer needs, Freddie Mac objectives, and the seller technology roadmap to drive adoption and successful delivery.
• Facilitate technology adoption, implementation planning, integration testing, and milestone progress with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
