Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive communications experience at tech companies or leading PR agencies.
• Proven track record in corporate comms programs at scale and earned media strategy.
• Executive communications strategist with portfolio across formats and leadership voices.

Responsibilities

• Develop Gong's global corporate narrative; align with leadership, product, and GTM teams.
• Own earned media strategy for corporate announcements, partnerships, milestones, and leadership moments.
• Lead crisis communications framework, response playbooks, and post‑incident reviews; advise executives during reputational issues.
• Build relationships with global executive stakeholders and manage cross‑functional communications requests.
