Job summary

Alpha is seeking an Executive Coach to lead a hands-on K-3 cohort at our Scottsdale campus. You will stay engaged daily, coaching Guides and students with performance data to drive measurable growth and accountability.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field and have at least five years’ experience with elementary children. Relocation support is provided as you join a fast-paced team redefining early education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Minimum five years with elementary-aged children.
• Experience leading a team of five or more.
• Proven record building or scaling a program or initiative.
• Willing to work in person at Scottsdale campus; relocation support provided.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and direct feedback.
• Facilitate one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills.
• Lead motivation sessions linking goals to progress.
• Develop and refine playbooks for repeatable best practices.
• Train Guides and model facilitation excellence.
