You will use data, observations, and coaching to drive independence and strong life skills. This is a hands-on coaching role, not instructional delivery or campus operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
• Proven experience with elementary-aged children (5–9).
• Experience leading teams and hiring decisions.
• Experience launching/growing a program or initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and observations to improve outcomes.
• Lead workshops for K-3 students on communication, resilience, and life skills.
• Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching to connect motivation with growth.
• Develop repeatable coaching playbooks to raise team performance.
• Mentor Guides and model exceptional coaching daily.
