Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Executive Coach to work in person at the Scottsdale campus (Phoenix area). You will directly coach a cohort of K-3 students and Guides, using data-driven insights to drive meaningful outcomes and life skills development.

You’ll design workshops, track progress, and scale effective coaching playbooks across teams. Expect a hands-on leadership role with daily immersion, mentoring Guides, and delivering measurable growth in student motivation, focus, and public speaking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• At least 5 years working with elementary-aged children (roughly ages 5 to 9).
• Experience leading a team of 5 or more people, with authority to hire/fire based on performance.
• Experience building, launching, or growing a program, team, school, or initiative from the ground up.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and direct feedback to meet measurable goals.
• Facilitate one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills (public speaking, focus, collaboration, resilience).
• Conduct motivation sessions connecting each child's goals to real academic progress.
• Build and refine playbooks to scale best practices across the team.
• Model excellence in facilitation as the team expands.
