Executive Coach Associate Director - Leadership Development

The Opportunity

Our Leadership Development team seeks an executive full-time coach to provide coaching to priority Partner populations across the US, including those involved in leadership development programs. You will work with a dynamic team to empower individuals facing increasing leadership challenges through various coaching modalities, including 1:1 and group coaching.

You will also contribute to the coaching practice, gather feedback on coaching impact, and stay informed of leading methodologies in the profession.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive coaching to senior leaders and teams, managing at least 35 clients.
  • Deliver exceptional coaching experiences that enhance our leadership development brand.
  • Seek and incorporate client feedback throughout engagements.
  • Uphold ICF competencies and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate within the coaching team, share best practices, and support team growth.
  • Build relationships with Talent stakeholders to understand coaching demand.
  • Share coaching insights with business and Talent leaders.
  • Prepare and deliver coaching events, workshops, and related materials.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years coaching senior executives, preferably in professional services.
  • ICF PCC credential and advanced coaching education.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience coaching virtually in diverse cultural environments.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in an agile environment.
  • Growth mindset and ability to foster a coaching culture.
  • Strong communication skills for thought leadership and brand enhancement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Accreditation with “The Leadership Circle Profile” for individuals and teams.
  • Certification in “Immunity to Change” for individuals and teams.
