Executive Coach Associate Director - Leadership Development

Opportunity

Our Leadership Development team seeks an executive full-time coach to provide coaching to priority Partner populations across the US, including those in leadership development programs for future roles. You will be part of a dynamic, national team of experienced coaches focused on empowering leaders to meet increasing leadership challenges with clarity, confidence, and impact. Your role involves creating transformative shifts through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and other modalities.

You will also contribute to the coaching practice and Leadership Development team, seek feedback on client experience and impact, and stay informed of leading coaching methodologies and strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Providing executive coaching to senior leaders and teams, managing at least 35 clients.
  • Delivering exceptional coaching experiences that enhance the Leadership Development brand and generate growth opportunities.
  • Seeking client feedback throughout engagements.
  • Upholding ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics.
  • Collaborating with the coaching team and sharing best practices.
  • Building relationships with Talent stakeholders to understand coaching demand.
  • Sharing coaching impact insights with business and Talent stakeholders.
  • Preparing and delivering coaching events, participating in team projects, and supporting team growth.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or travel as needed.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years coaching senior executives, preferably in professional services.
  • ICF PCC credential and advanced coaching education.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience coaching virtually in diverse environments.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.
  • Growth mindset and ability to foster a coaching culture.
  • Excellent communication skills for thought leadership and branding.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Accreditation with “The Leadership Circle Profile”.
  • Certification in “Immunity to Change” approach for individuals and teams.
