Join EY's dynamic team to provide executive coaching to senior leaders and leadership development programs across the US. Focus on empowering leaders to meet increasing leadership challenges through personalized coaching, group sessions, and thought leadership in coaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver executive coaching to senior leaders and teams, managing a portfolio of at least 35 clients.
• Enhance the coaching practice and contribute to the Leadership Development team.
• Gather client feedback and share insights with stakeholders.
• Uphold ICF competencies and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support internal projects.
• Build relationships with talent stakeholders and understand demand for coaching services.
• Prepare and deliver coaching sessions, workshops, and presentations as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel if required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years coaching senior executives, preferably in professional services.
• ICF PCC credential and extensive coaching education.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience coaching virtually in diverse environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and foster a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification with "The Leadership Circle Profile" and "Immunity to Change".
