ECU Health Behavioral Health Hospital in Greenville, NC seeks a strategic Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing services, partner with the CEO, and elevate clinical quality across the hospital. This senior role offers relocation assistance, a comprehensive executive compensation package, and opportunities to shape care delivery within a national behavioral health network.

Competenze

• Active RN license (TN or reciprocity).
• Proven Nursing Leadership (CNO, DON, or equivalent).
• Behavioral Health inpatient psychiatric experience required.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• 6+ years RN experience (10+ preferred).
• 3+ years progressive nursing management.
• 2+ years behavioral health RN in inpatient psychiatry.
