Qualifications

• Active RN license in NC or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Proven Nursing Leadership (CNO, DON, or equivalent).
• Behavioral Health Experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
• Strategic and operational expertise with interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services.
• Drive nursing strategy, clinical quality, and operational excellence.
• Build, coach, and mentor nursing leaders and frontline teams.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state standards.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and resources.
• Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Monitor quality indicators and lead performance improvements.
• Support engagement, retention, and leadership development.
• Influence organizational strategy and long-term planning.
