Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with eligibility in South Carolina.
• Bachelor's in nursing required; Master's preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, with 5+ in clinical informatics leadership.
• Deep experience with Epic implementation and optimization; Epic certification preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale EHR governance and technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing informatics strategy, governance, and optimization of clinical information systems.
• Partner with CMIO and CIO to advance Epic EHR design, adoption, and improvement.
• Oversee the Informatics Team and drive safe, evidence-based, technology-enabled care.
