Responsibilities

• Lead overall club operations including golf, F&B, tennis, and events.
• Oversee and enhance the F&B program with menu development and cost controls.
• Grow revenues through memberships, banquets, tournaments, and events.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for financial accountability.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing staff.
• Create a culture of hospitality and member engagement.
• Partner with ownership on capital projects and improvement priorities.
• Represent the club with members, guests, vendors, and the community.
• Coordinate with the Director of Golf Course Maintenance on course upkeep.
