Cypress Woods Golf & CC in Naples, FL seeks an experienced Controller to manage all financial controls, reporting, and payroll for a bustling private golf community. You will oversee budgeting, variances, memberships, and insurance programs while ensuring GAAP compliance and data integrity.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in club/hospitality finance, strong analytics, and proficiency with Jonas and MS Office. A comprehensive benefits package and relocation support are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
• Seven to ten years of minimum experience as Controller or similar position at a club/HOA or hospitality environment.
• Experience in software implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with Jonas is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills and MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Impeccable and verifiable references; background check and drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare annual operating and reserve budget for General Manager review.
• Administer the approved budget; track variances and update forecasts.
• Oversee payroll information gathering and processing.
• Manage member transfers, fee collection and billing issues.
• Oversee employee insurance programs and benefit enrollment.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with tax and audit processes.
• Maintain membership records and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance and filings.
• Prepare agency reports and manage insurance records.
• Supervise accounting staff and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Handle banking reconciliations and HR-related duties.
• Manage H-2B Visa program and related compliance tasks.
