Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a private club, resort, HOA, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and USALI or Club Industry standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage vendor accounts payable, receivable, and billing for the club/community.
• Support budgeting, internal controls, and coordination with external auditors.
