Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) seeks a Chief Information Officer to lead the DOC IT portfolio, drive technology strategy, and ensure enterprise alignment. Qualifications

• Four-year college with MIS/IT coursework required.
• Four years of progressively responsible IT management experience in a large IT organization.
• Four years of professional policy-making, strategic planning, and IT solutioning experience.
• Three years of supervising IT professionals in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead DoIT/DOC CIO activities and align IT services with enterprise strategy.
• Develop technology vision and strategic direction for statewide IT initiatives.
• Establish goals, monitor performance, and ensure operational effectiveness.
• Represent DoIT in executive settings and manage budget/planning.
