Job summary

The City-County Information Services Agency seeks a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to set and execute an enterprise digital strategy, aligning technology, digital experience, and workforce capability to deliver modern, equitable, accessible, and secure services to residents and businesses.

The CDO will integrate constituent digital experience, enterprise applications, and architecture, drive modernization, governance, and portfolio decisions, and serve as the technology strategy champion across ISA

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field required.
Minimum of eight years of IT experience, including architecture design and deployment, with three years in leadership of enterprise solutions.
Masters and senior certifications preferred (ITIL, Prosci, PMP).

Responsibilities

Set and execute the City-County Digital Strategy aligned to IT and Cybersecurity Strategies.
Lead modernization and enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts.
Guide enterprise architecture governance and standards across ISA.
Oversee enterprise applications portfolio and ensure integration across systems.
Direct digital experience strategy and measure service quality against modernization goals.
Provide executive leadership for technology training and workforce readiness.
