The DCIO will lead a high-impact team of executives, drive digital transformation, manage risk and compliance, and foster innovations across enterprise IT services

Qualifications

• ECQs and MTQ are required in the resume to demonstrate executive federal qualifications.
• Evidence of progressively responsible supervisory and managerial experience at significant scope.
• Experience with enterprise IT strategy, governance, and large, distributed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CIO's strategic partner, overseeing daily IT operations and aligning investments with NASA mission.
• Lead across executives to implement an integrated IT enterprise enabling exploration and mission support.
• Guide investment lifecycle processes and secure, viable IT solutions in collaboration with financial leadership.
• Drive digital transformation, pilots, enterprise scaling, and technology innovation for agency missions.
• Shape talent development and workforce planning for NASA's IT community.
• Establish enterprise performance metrics, controls, and service quality aligned with mission requirements.
• Oversee enterprise architecture programs and cross-domain integration while ensuring compliance.
• Manage enterprise customer engagement frameworks and continual service improvement.
• Integrate cybersecurity across IT operations with the CISO to strengthen security controls.
