Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a strategically minded Chief of Staff to support the SVP of the ECG in the WWFO organization. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco, with up to 50% global travel, requiring regular in-person collaboration with the SVP ECG.

As a trusted advisor and operating powerhouse, you will shape operating models, governance, and strategic roadmaps, partnering with senior leaders to drive data-driven decisions and organizational agility across the ECG group.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in SaaS or software, ideally Revenue Operations, Business Strategy, Management Consulting, GTM or Sales, or Chief of Staff roles
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) and subscription models
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments
• Strong data, analytical skills to build models and present to executives
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
• High EQ and ability to build trust at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Partner with SVP ECG and senior leadership; provide insights and manage executive communications
• Advise on strategy and operations; surface issues and roadblocks early
• Lead strategic projects from product innovation to cultural initiatives
• Spearhead strategy and planning cycles; align teams on data-driven initiatives
• Design and refine cross-functional processes and governance
• Plan and facilitate leadership meetings; capture notes and actions
• Champion employee engagement and measurable program goals
• Collaborate with WWFO and COO Chief of Staff cohort
