The role partners with leadership across ECG to drive operating models, governance, and strategic roadmaps, and to synthesize data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Ideal candidates will bring 9+ years in SaaS/software, strong EQ, and a track record of managing complex cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SaaS or software companies (9+ years).
• Experience in Revenue Operations, Business Strategy, Management Consulting, GTM or Sales, or Chief of Staff roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor and operational powerhouse for the SVP ECG.
• Manage operating models, governance, and quarterly business metrics.
• Lead strategic projects from product innovation to cultural initiatives.
• Spearhead strategy and planning cycles and facilitate executive meetings.
• Drive cross-functional processes to improve organizational agility and performance.
• Plan leadership meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
• Champion employee engagement and surface issues early.
