Job summary

ITF Therapeutics US is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the President and as an integrator across the leadership team. The role shapes priorities, accelerates decision-making, and evolves the operating model as the company scales within the rare disease space.

The candidate should frame ambiguity, influence senior leaders, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives while maintaining accountability across US and corporate priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MPH or equivalent).
• 12+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology/pharmaceuticals, management consulting, strategy, business operations or related roles.
• Experience operating with senior executives and at Board level.
• Experience designing and running planning and governance in scaling organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the President and partner across the leadership team.
• Identify and resolve complex enterprise issues with options and recommendations.
• Prepare leadership for Board meetings and high-stakes moments.
• Translate strategy into clear narratives for employees, leadership, Board and stakeholders.
• Model values and foster transparency, accountability, and patient-centered decisions.
• Coordinate key business processes with the Group CEO chief of staff.
