Probably Genetic in San Francisco is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the Founder and CEO. You will own high-stakes initiatives, manage venture fundraising end-to-end, and act as a force multiplier across the leadership team.

Competenze

8+ years of experience in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) with operating experience at a high-growth startup.
Experience supporting or managing a fundraising process (Series A–D ideally) and understanding investor relations.
Track record operating at the intersection of strategy and execution; comfortable in a boardroom and building processes from scratch.
Experience in healthtech or biotech or operating in highly complex industries.
Meticulous attention to detail and high standards for outputs.
Proven AI literacy; ability to lead others in using AI tools.
Exceptional written communication; clear, concise messaging.
Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities without dropping the ball.
High emotional intelligence and leadership presence; collaborative, low-ego style.

Mansioni

Venture fundraising & existing investor relations (20%). Manage due diligence materials, data room, investor outreach, pipeline, and follow-ups.
CEO leverage, strategic through partnership & cross-functional execution (40%). Reduce CEO operational overhead by owning recurring processes and coordinating stakeholder communication; lead cross-functional projects; identify bottlenecks and build scalable processes; prepare briefs for key meetings.
Strategic external communications (40%). Prepare and execute for quarterly board meetings; draft external communications on behalf of the CEO; ensure consistent messaging reflecting the company’s mission.
