VERANDA in Las Vegas is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the corporate dining program, delivering restaurant‑quality cuisine with wellness‑focused options and exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Culinary Operations, you will translate strategic direction into daily execution, oversee menu development, production, service, and team development while maintaining financial discipline and stringent food safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, including executive roles.
• Strong financial acumen with cost and labor management.
• Experience in high-volume corporate dining or large-scale production kitchens.
• Ability to develop innovative, wellness-focused menus.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily culinary execution across all stations and service periods.
• Oversee menu implementation, quality standards, and portion control.
• Develop seasonal menus and activations aligned with wellness trends.
• Manage labor, sanitation, and kitchen workflow for efficiency.
• Mentor sous chefs and culinary supervisors.
