Arcis Golf seeks an Executive Chef for Palm Valley Golf Club in Goodyear, AZ. You will lead the culinary team, oversee menu development, and ensure quality and profitability in a fast-paced food & beverage operation.

The role requires strong leadership, a culinary degree or equivalent, and a track record of managing staff, inventory, and financial targets. Local laws compliance and event menus are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a culinary team and managing day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Education requirements: high school diploma; culinary degree or certificate preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, planning and organization.
• Experience supervising staff and building a cohesive team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with national programs, menu guidance, inventory procedures.
• Hire, train, develop and retain talented culinary staff.
• Meet financial targets; follow accounting procedures and reviews.
• Coach kitchen staff on daily operations to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Engineer menus to ensure quality and proper margins.
• Create short- and long-term operational and financial plans for the dept.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, sanitary, and compliant with laws.
• Create menus for events, features, and special occasions.
• Communicate successes and best practices to Regional Chef/VP.
• Maintain cross-department communication about programs and events.
