Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks an Executive Chef at Ancala Country Club to lead the culinary team, craft menus, and uphold high standards of quality for members and guests. You will manage kitchen operations, inventory, and compliance with health and safety programs.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee events, develop menus, and ensure optimal margins while delivering exceptional guest experiences at the club.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a culinary team and managing kitchen operations.
• Bachelor’s degree, culinary degree, or certificate preferred; diploma required.
• Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising others and leading a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of the culinary department and lead the team.
• Ensure compliance with national programs, menus, and inventory procedures.
• Meet financial targets and provide action plans when targets are not met.
• Oversee menu engineering, events menus, and quality/margin control.
• Communicate program successes and best practices to leadership.
