Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality seeks an Executive Chef in Tulsa, OK to lead culinary operations in a Senior Living Community. The role oversees food production, presentation and service, while managing quality, costs, and client relationships. You will supervise staff and coordinate with the General Manager to exceed customer expectations.

The position is full-time with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. Prior corporate dining and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years' experience in food service management, specifically corporate dining.

Responsibilities

• Manage menu writing and cycle of cost control utilizing recipes and costing measures.
• Responsible for the quality of all food products and ensure standards are met.
• Responsible for all aspects of food production, execution and presentation.
• Oversight of all aspects of catering operations.
• Maintain vendor partner relationships.
• Purchasing of all food or supplies to ensure efficient operation and quality control.
