You will manage menu development, food procurement, meal preparation, service, and budgets; hire and train a high-performing dining team; ensure health-code compliance and resident satisfaction. Experience in senior living or hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on food preparation experience.
• 3+ years progressive management as Executive Chef.
• Serve Safe Manager certification and knowledge of health codes.
• Experience with events and banquets is a plus.
• Strong budgeting and staff leadership abilities.
• Experience in senior living or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen and dining operations.
• Plan menus and execute meal preparation and events.
• Manage budgets for food, supplies, and labor.
• Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
