Job summary

Dig Inn is seeking a Chef Operator to lead a scratch-based kitchen and manage a dynamic restaurant operation in Philadelphia. You will train and mentor teams, drive culinary excellence, and focus on systems, data, and guest experience to achieve strong results.

You will partner with leadership to uphold standards, manage DOH compliance, and explore initiatives that boost efficiency and growth while maintaining a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum kitchen or operational restaurant management experience.
• Experience leading a scratch-based kitchen.
• Ability to implement systems in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire restaurant operation including PnL responsibilities like food cost and labor management.
• Lead and develop the team to improve guest experience and sales.
• Uphold culinary standards and DOH guidelines across FOH and BOH.
