Job summary

The Manor at Willow Valley Communities in Lancaster, PA seeks an Executive Chef to lead multiple dining venues in an open-kitchen environment. You will craft innovative menus and oversee kitchen operations, partnering with residents to deliver memorable dining experiences.

This salaried, full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and strong leadership, with day-to-day duties starting around 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Join a team committed to excellence and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience and/or training in a leadership culinary role.
• Proven ability to develop menus and lead kitchen operations with a focus on quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recipe development, testing, and standardization.
• Establish SOPs for kitchen efficiency and consistency.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor productivity.
• Develop and manage food budgets and cost targets.
• Ensure HACCP and health-safety compliance across kitchens.
