Job summary

The Manor at Willow Valley Communities in Lancaster, PA is hiring an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across multiple dining venues. The open-kitchen concept offers daily interaction with Residents and guests while you develop innovative menus and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities include recipe development, SOPs, staffing, budgets, and food safety in a salaried, full-time role. Weekend/holiday shifts and a 5-day week are typical.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related experience.
Five years of culinary leadership experience preferred.
Experience in open-kitchen dining is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee recipe development and standardization for multiple dining venues.
Establish SOPs to ensure kitchen efficiency and consistency.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor productivity.
Develop and manage food budgets and cost of goods targets.
Ensure HACCP, health department, and internal standards compliance.
Coach and develop culinary staff and lead performance reviews.
