Job summary

The Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel in Omaha is seeking an Executive Restaurant Chef to oversee culinary operations across our outlets, including the elevated steakhouse and The Orleans Room, driving menu innovation and exceptional dining experiences.

You will lead a creative culinary team, uphold high standards of quality and service, and collaborate with hotel leadership to deliver memorable guest experiences while achieving financial goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years kitchen management experience.
• 5+ years cooking experience.
• College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality preferred.
• Good working knowledge of sanitation standards and proper preparation and presentation of F&B.
• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them.
