Aba Dallas, opening late 2026 in the Design District of Dallas, is hiring an Executive Chef. Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is seeking an Executive Chef with 2 years of Executive Chef experience to lead the BOH, develop seasonal menus, and mentor hourly and management staff.

This role offers a competitive salary of USD 70,000–100,000 per year plus benefits including a quarterly bonus, PTO, 401(k), health and dental insurance, and restaurant discounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurant
• Ability to lead and develop teams
• Skilled in managing BOH systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH operations and purchasing standards while tracking food costs
• Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams
• Research, develop and execute seasonal menus with divisional leaders
• Ensure effective BOH training with divisional trainers and chefs
• Conduct quarterly in-restaurant audits of BOH SOPs and systems
• Partner with chefs to order food and supplies and maintain recipe books
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop BOH staff with the management team
• Promote teamwork and handle guest/vendor/employee challenges with tact
