Job summary

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is seeking an Executive Chef for Aba in Dallas, TX. A high-volume, full-service environment requires 4-5+ years in an executive kitchen leadership role with strong Mediterranean cuisine experience.

You will oversee all BOH operations, lead menu development, and manage costs, training, and staffing across the kitchen, ensuring top quality and compliance while supporting new openings as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Significant Mediterranean cuisine experience.
• Strong background in menu development and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead and develop culinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and standards.

Position: Executive Chef
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $85,000-$110,000/year

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is looking for an Executive Chef with 4-5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a high-volume, full-service environment. Mediterranean cuisine experience a MUST.

Job Summary

Oversees all BOH operations, culinary strategy, and team development. Responsible for menu creation, cost control, training, and overall kitchen performance in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all BOH operations, including purchasing, inventory, and cost control


• Develop and execute seasonal menus and new items


• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and standards


• Oversee BOH hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management


• Monitor labor and food costs; approve inventories and invoices

Requirements

• Extensive culinary leadership experience in high-volume restaurants


• MUST have significant Mediterranean cuisine experience

• Flexible schedule with travel as needed
