Qualifications

• Degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training institute.
• Minimum of five years of proven culinary management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and employee relations skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with deadlines.
• Proficiency in standard computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support culinary preparation, production, and on-site finishing.
• Manage menu development, sourcing, purchasing, and execution.
• Conduct client menu tastings and ensure recipe standards.
• Control food costs and maximize labor productivity to meet budgets.
• Oversee inventory, payroll, and staffing for local accounts.
