Job summary

The Mii amo resort in Sedona, AZ seeks an experienced Culinary Operations Leader to oversee the entire Mii amo kitchen. You will direct food preparation, menu development, inventory controls, and luxury service standards in collaboration with the Enchantment culinary team.

With 5+ years in hotel/resort kitchen management, you will lead staff, ensure Forbes standards, manage budgeting and scheduling, and foster a culture of safety, excellence, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent, plus related training or experience.
• 5+ years supervisory hotel/resort kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of Mii amo kitchen operations.
• Direct food preparation, menu development, inventory, and cost controls.
