Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a luxury resort or fine dining setting.
• Strong cost control, budgeting and inventory management.
• Ability to design high-impact menus with the F&B leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Director of F&B to design menus that control costs and maximize profits.
• Supervise kitchen operations to ensure quality, safety and hygiene standards.
• Recruit, train, evaluate and coach kitchen staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with sales for events and ensure dishes meet guest expectations.
• Oversee food production, mise en place and supplier deliveries.
• Monitor monthly results and take corrective actions as needed.
